Chaos Techs operates this online store to provide electronic products including earbuds, headphones, and soundbars.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

We try to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free. Minor differences in color, design, or packaging may occur.

Warranty details are provided on product pages or warranty cards.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after verification.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a PKR 300 advance payment requirement.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, digital wallets, and other available payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Pakistan only

  • Delivery time: 3 to 4 business days

  • Order processing time: 1 business day

  • Courier partner: PostEx

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500

  • Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims

  • Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange

  • Refunds are processed within 4 business days after approval

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Warranty

Some products include a warranty as mentioned on product pages or warranty cards.

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or improper handling.
